This form is only for participants. If you are a researcher who has booked the lab, you will have an account created for you by the Lab Administrator.
For
User ID, please create a username for yourself (this does not have to be your student ID). This can be anything up to 30 characters in length and contain letters and numbers, and that is not already in use by the system.
For
Email Address we require an email address that is not already registered in the system. We recommend using an email address that you have the quickest access to since our studies tend to book up very quickly after notification emails are sent out.
Once registered you'll receive an email containing your login details and you'll be able to log into the system immediately. If you have junk mail (spam) filters configured for your email, please configure them to accept email from
lsedom-admin@sona-systems.net, as emails from the system will usually be sent from this address.
To protect your privacy, you will only be identified to researchers with a Participant ID number that the system will assign, not by your name.
